Disqualification of Councillors If a Councillor fails to perform, the Ward Branch in which the Councillor has been elected, can decide to remove the Councillor by a vote of no confidence at the next Annual General Meeting of the Ward Branch. The disqualified Councillor will either be replaced immediately with the next on the Proportional list for that Ward, or a by-election will be caused to occur - without interference from the ‘Party bosses’ or the Party whatsoever! No five year stint for non-performers! People with Permanent Residence can be members of this Party! Your Councillor elected by you, will look after your interests as a Ratepayer! Stop corruption,wasteful expenditure and get equitable Rates and Taxes and proper service delivery! Boycotts will achieve nothing but adequate representation by your chosen Councillors may? Criminal records?
